Kyle Shanahan: Mac Jones' play has no impact on Brock Purdy's return

Even in a blowout win, these games are never really fun — and it’s on the way other end of the spectrum of fun when things get dicey.</p><p class="has-text-align-none">The Irish are in the stretch run of the season with the rest of college football, and while most are confident Notre Dame makes the playoff with a 10-2 record, the perception of how good the Irish really are (due to big point wins over “lesser” opponents) will go a long way with the final set of rankings. </p><p class="has-text-align-none">Notre Dame has typically played well in November for the past 6 years having lost only twice since 2018 during the month.
