Freshman Darryn Peterson scored 21 points in 22 minutes in his debut to lead No. 19 Kansas past Green Bay 94-51 in the season opener for both teams Monday night. Peterson shot 7 of 11 from the field, including 3 for 7 from 3-point range, before sitting most of the second half. Kansas' Flory Bidunga led all scorers with 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting from the field and 5-of-6 sniping from the line.
